In accordance with Article 6 of the order issued on August 28, 2006, an electronic signature certificate must be obtained from an approved certification authority listed by the minister in charge of government reform.
Two situations are possible:
- either the candidate has already obtained an electronic signature certificate,
- or the candidate does not have an electronic signature certificate
a) Either the candidate has already obtained an electronic signature certificate,
Candidates must have obtained their electronic signature certificate from
an approved certification authority whose name appears on the list kept by
the minister in charge of government reform and listed by achatpublic.com.
The list of these certification authorities is available at the following

If the candidates certification authority is not on the aforementioned
list, in accordance with Article 7 of the aforementioned government order,
the candidate must request that its authority apply for such listing from
the minister in charge of government reform as rapidly as possible. For more

b) Or the candidate does not have an electronic signature certificate
In this case, the candidate needs to obtain an electronic signature certificate
from one of the certification authorities mentioned in point (a). Go to the
URL address mentioned in point (a) for information on how to obtain and install
this certificate on a workstation.
Each candidate is solely responsible for acquiring, installing and operating
an electronic signature and authentication certificate.
